HAIAMM is a framework for securing AI systems. Running the site in a way that would fail our own guidance is not an option, so the short version is: we collect as little as possible, and nothing that identifies you.
The interactive questionnaires run entirely in your browser. Answers and scores are held in your browser’s local storage and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We cannot see your responses, your score, or whether you started an assessment. Clearing your browser storage erases them permanently, and we have no copy.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which parts of the framework people read. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or build profiles across sites. It records aggregate page views, referring sites, and coarse country-level location. We use this to decide which practices and domains to develop, and nothing else.
Our host, Cloudflare, processes request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) to deliver pages and to mitigate attacks. This is standard infrastructure logging, retained by Cloudflare under their own policy, and is not used by us to identify or profile visitors.
If you email us, we hold the message and your address for as long as needed to deal with what you raised. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list.
Framework documents, templates, and handbooks are served directly. No registration, no email gate, no download tracking tied to an individual.
Because we hold no personal data beyond email you have chosen to send us, there is generally nothing to export or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence removed, ask and we will delete it.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the change will be described here rather than quietly applied.
